Fitness

Fitness is an important aspect of all Martial Arts classes.However at One we recognise that not everyone wants to fully immerse themselves in a Martial Art . As a result we have designed fitness only classes whereby you don't need to be a Martial Arts student to participate. You still get to do lots of kicks and punches and bag work without needing to grade or wear a karate uniform. Many of our fitness students attend class to compliment another sport and have had great results and impressed their coaches with their new level of agility!

These classes are suitable for all fitness levels as you can work at your own pace. They incorporate cardio, weights, agility and resistence training. The age group is teens to adults and is a great opportunity for parents and their teens to do something together. The classes are supervised by certified fitness professionals.
